A clawback fee is a charge that applies if you cancel your contract before the agreed term ends. For 12-month contracts, standard clawback fees apply if you cancel early. For 24-month contracts, clawback fees also apply if you cancel before the contract period is complete. However, our month-to-month plan has no clawback fees, giving you the flexibility to cancel anytime without penalty.

The router and all installation equipment provided by Ping remain our property. You are free to use the equipment for the duration of your service, but it must be returned in good condition if you cancel your subscription. This ensures we can maintain quality equipment for all our customers and keep costs down.

Installation typically takes 2-4 hours, depending on your location and the complexity of the setup. Our technicians will schedule a convenient time with you and ensure everything is working properly before they leave. You'll be able to start using your internet connection immediately after installation is complete.

Yes! You can upgrade your plan at any time. If you're on a contract, upgrading is straightforward and we'll adjust your monthly payment accordingly. For downgrades, please contact our support team to discuss your options, as contract terms may apply.

If you're moving, contact us as soon as possible. We can transfer your service to your new address, subject to coverage availability. There may be a relocation fee, and we'll need to schedule a new installation at your new location. If you're in a contract, your contract terms will continue at the new address.

There's no hard limit on the number of devices you can connect to your network. However, the more devices connected simultaneously, the more bandwidth is shared. Our higher-speed plans (50Mbps) are better suited for households with many devices, while our 10Mbps plan works well for 1-2 devices. Choose the plan that matches your household size and usage needs.
